Thursday 19th March.
Take the boat to Castlefield for the free lunchtime concert at the RNCM.
Try out some superstructure heights. Current favourite 370mm above rail.
This will give a superstructure of 1x3x2: 1 is the height of existing tank,
3 is height of superstructure, and 2 is height of clerestory. Height of superstructure then will be 1.5metres with 40 cms. of headroom in clerestory 1.9m. overall.

Take the boat up to Worsley dry dock to see Kier who is working there on a MSC barge. Adjusts the tappets. Back at Stretford 4 hour round trip.
